Clearly not if you are getting annoyed that they haven't boosted your channel ratings. That's not what networks are primarily for.

They have the RPM spotlight thingie were you make a video for their YouTube channel. Another thing is that they post one video a week from an RPM member on their Facebook site if you Tweet #RPMnetwork or something like that.
