I had a look at your channel, and here is my opinion for you, mate. Keep in mind, something I say might be more of subjective nature, I will point that out, and also I had some to drink so, if this gets confusing on what I say, it is also confusing in my head.
The look of the channel, mainly the banner is nice, really nice stylize and ma good way to point out what you are doing, gives a nice sense of direction. The only issue for me personally is the text : ) it looks all over the place, because you have so much going on in the background and then you have the stylized font used on the text, it ends up maybe a little bit confusing.
It is hard to focus on the text, in the way it is, because of a such active background. If I were you, I maybe change the font to a little bit larger and bulkier format, so it standout more, and maybe dim the background image a little bit, and make the text lighter, that way you will still have the awesome background, while making the text stand out more.
The avatar is great, nothing to say here.
Not here is where the subjective opinion comes in, I am a freak when it comes to organizing stuff nicely. That means playlist and so on. This is to each your own, but I would maybe try to find a way to organize videos in a playlist, just so it looks cleaner and gives that nice impression.
To the video itself, I checked out two of your videos: For Baltimore cover... and 365 Scotty Gunning.
You play good so there is no point of me touching that, you know your stuff. However the mixing is the problem, I think.
In the "For Blatimore...." video, the bass for me at least, stood out too much from the main song, so it was played right, but because of the audio levels and channel panning it ended up feeling on top of the song, rather than in it.....does that make sense? IT DOES NOW! The 365 Scotty Gunning is balanced and leveled better, and the bass there feels more natural and in the sense, I assume because it is your original, so it is easier to balance everything.
I would look up if I were you, if you are playing over a backing track, on backing track mixing and all that fun stuff.
Rather than everything is solid : ) I hope this is what you were interested in hearing.
