First and foremost, your channel art is beautiful. Many gaming channels nowadays seem to neglect their art, but you absolutely nailed it!
I also noticed that your video descriptions contain an adequate amount of links to your social media sites - looks like you're collaborating with others too which is a great way to get started.
Further, you had a pretty good viewer engagement rate for your subscriber count (although you only have a few viewers / vid they are consistently chatting / sharing your vid). Try to maintain that as much as possible by continuing to interact with your viewers in the comment section as it looks like you're doing now.
As for some improvements: get a Facebook (and perhaps Instagram?) account and
link all your social media to your channel - it's essentially free advertising once you get a good subscriber base going. Plus if you already have a personal account, you can leverage your already-existing social network to obtain a seed audience (do this with caution though, and certainly don't spam).
Additionally, you should consider a 5-10 second outro on
every video with links to other videos and a subscribe button at the very least. Perhaps your lack of viewer retention is simply because they forget to sub? You never know, but you certainly don't want to miss out on those opportunities.
It also looks like your video tags were somewhat random - try to keep them focused and specific. You don't want to use cliche phrases like "let's play", because you'd then be competing with a huge market, but you
do want to clearly outline what you're doing and hit on some hot button tags like "dayz". There's a great article on SEO in the strategy section of YT talk - check it out!
You mentioned some curiosity about how to share your videos - find a subreddit that fits your niche (r/gaming may be too broad, but it might be a good starting point), and start posting there!
Finally, include a "call to action" in the first line of your description so that when Google finds your channel you're social media or channel link are right there embedded din the search.
Sorry for the huge wall of text, but I hope you continue to do well! Please let me know if you have any questions
