To be honest your last video poem was full of empty messages. I mean, if you're targeting teenagers from 14-17 then for sure you're on the right track. Just keep calling people beautiful inside and out and bang on you got yourself an empty audience that'll eat that up. But, When it comes down to the video itself.
Few tips:
Framing yourself in the shot..
Be sure to fill up the whole camera frame. Use the rule of thirds, and don't give yourself too much headroom. The example above shows a good way to fill the frame. A little headroom, but not alot, and centered properly.
But, maybe try adding some more content to your channel that's original to you? Being, something people can come to each week/day/month to be sure to see. Give them something to expect from you, Not just a pile of random. Consistency is a good word.
