I assume you are wanting to make a Minecraft channel? Remember that it will be very hard to gain any views from such videos since 1. The game is very old and 2. The Youtube Minecraft video library is VERY over-saturated ( There are just too many of those videos to gain notice).
Personally I don't really see anything wrong with the videos in general apart from the video quality being rather blurry. One of the first things a person looks for in a video is of course the video. If it doesn't look nice then why bother watching it? This might be because of your computer if it isn't very good but hey with Youtube you need to spend a little bit of money to make anything look good.
Your commentary is a little too uncontrolled. At times you seem to have it under control and at times you appear to be speaking so fast that your mind isn't keeping up with what to say next. Remember when playing to just relax and enjoy yourself. Maybe even play for a bit while doing commentary to yourself but don't record it. It is all about practice but if you feel nervous then don't force yourself to record but it becomes hard for the viewers to keep up with you and even yourself.
I believe at the start of one video you were able to ask 3 questions in a matter of 10 seconds. As I mentioned just slooooow down
I myself had this problem when I started but I believe I was able to know what to say but I did speak incredibly fast initially. It takes practice that is the only thing but make sure you enjoy yourself and know what you want to talk about before making a video.
By the way try not to say "um" so much. Stopping your "ums" is one of the first steps to commentary, especially professional and confident commentary.
