Hello! I'm having problem with subscribers. Basically I'm having a problem growing. I have had the same amount of subs for about 4 months and would like to know how to gain new, active subscribers. My channal is Shina Gamie at YouTube.

Just looking at your channel I think there are a couple of simple changes you could implement to make it more welcoming for new visitors.

You could put your videos into playlists so it is easier to see at a glance what you have done- what different kinds of videos you make. For example making a playlist of your most viewed videos or the videos you yourself consider to be your best and placing it near the top of your channel?

Also, you could get a channel trailer with some cool clips and highlights to grab peoples attention.

Another thought is you could reconsider some of your titles to make them more intriguing/ informative- this would make people more likely to click on them and will rank them higher on the search engines!
