Common Guys!!!!
A Youtube Banner in my opinion should be created for free to members in here..... Heya Graphic Designers, it wouldn't cost you anything to create a cool youtube banner ...just grab the dimensions, open a new project and customize to suit the request......... That simple.......

It's not that easy, if it was everyone would do it, it takes about 3hours to make one. Would be hard to keep doing that for free, time is valuable.
