Okay so why is everyone saying reddit is helpful. I don't even understand how it can help you
everytime i make post it dissepear i never see my posts ... its that the way reddit work or what ?

Yeah stop self promoting every post and actually look at others stuff I guess.

Try some other subreddits and participate in the community by not posting your videos. I was shadow banned on r/videos when I first tried Reddit. I can't even remember what I did exactly. I may have posted a video and then tried another video a week later. I didn't think it was a big deal, but the Reddit system did. I can post on other subreddits.
