Reactivating The Audience..

Okay by this I mean viewers, now most of my viewers have died on me. Been like this for awhile to be honest, but with 400 subs I should at least get 20 views a video which is a struggle now..

Any ideas how you could reactive inactive people, although I enjoy what I do I still want to cater to people..any ideas?

Well if they're not clicking on your videos then there isn't really much you can do, even if you doubled the quality of your content they wouldn't know. People are more likely to click on shorter videos, so maybe try cutting your times down to a couple of mins? But if you're doing lets plays that won't really help. It's a difficult problem I can't really think of a proper solution for

Any thumbnail showing half naked women usually attracts some perverts. WHICH = 1/2 an actual viewer or subscriber.

As for reactivating the audience... Maybe some new style videos? Maybe something outside of your normal area. It can possibly attract new subs and then it'll push out your old ones, leaving you with an entirely new fan base.
