Did anyone watch the new fine bros video? They are going to license their brand to other creators AROUND THE WORLD! Is anyone thinking about applying?
 
i think the idea is okay. trouble is. you will now be competing with a million channels doing the exact same react videos with even the same graphics
 
This is the most retarded thing ever. So not only are these content thieves profiitng off others work, now they want people to PAY them to do a "reaction" of their own?

Does it cost money to join/license?
There are no upfront costs when you license from us. When you join React World you enter into a revenue share agreement. Once your videos start generating revenue, there will be a 50/50 split revenue share and a 40/60 split for your brand deals if you are not partnered with React World. If you are partnered there will be a 80/20 split revenue share and a 30/70 split for your brand deals.

1. Can't I make my own 'react show'? How did they even put a license on their shows? Can't my parents react to something?
2. Who watches that anyway? (Ok, probably somebody does.)
 
Sooo, people that want to make their own react show have to pay these guys?! Is that how it works?

Are they the original creators of this idea then? If this is the case, then the first guy that started making minecraft videos should do the same thing. Easy money.

Serious though, this news (I read it as well yesterday) leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I wouldn't have the money to do this myself, as I would have to rent a locale and buy equipments and stuff.
But I'd love to be a part of the show ^-^

Is it like... limited to one channel per country?
I would imagine so. Or. Idk to be honest.

You wouldn't be part of the show, you would be paying them to do your own reactions. Don't be an idiot, don't let these greedy scumbags take your money.

LOL that Reddit thread is red hot with anger about this.

I looked through it.. and got to the point where it was a 23 page contract that said 'look this over or have someone of legal authority look it over' and immediately quit out of it. It's a smart move.. licensing their shows so other people can make content for them.. but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth with the revenue thing.. and legal process.. I'll pass on it but I'm interested to hear if anyone does decide to try it.
