Request Rapper looking for cover art

Hey, I'm a rapper and also the CEO of a music group with around 9 artists/producers. I'm looking for someone who can make us cover art for our singles and albums which will be posted on youtube, soundcloud, twitter and a few other music sites. We don't currently have a big fan base but we're working hard and releasing lots of new songs. We can't pay but will give any credit in the descriptions everywhere it's posted. This is not just a one time job, we may need you whenever a new song is released if you're available so I'm looking for multiple people.

Cover art is relatively easy to bring together. All it takes is a basic knowledge of either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Design, both are simple to learn. If you are looking for images to use on the covers, check out freestockimages.com
or other websites of a similar nature. Slap some text and a copyright symbol in there and you are done.

Otherwise, if you are going to be selling these songs with monetary gain involved, not many people may want to get involved unless they get some sort of slice. Mainly cause it would be unfair if it was the case you were making money and they weren't.

I've created a few covers in the past and I can provide examples if you PM me, however I would require more payment than "exposure".

I'm not experienced with any of those programs, I'd rather have someone make them for us. Some of them will be simple, some of them we will need a good design on them. I don't know how to do that.

We're not selling any of the songs which is why we won't spent money, but will give credit.
