Questions about adsense...Im noobin it

So at what point do you start making money off of adsense? 10k views per video in a months time or...

And will YouTube contact you and tell you to create a Google adsense account that will earn money at a certain point? Has anyone on here earned any money from adsense?

Youtube will contact you. You have to have your account be in good standing for a month or two, and you must also have several videos with nothing copyrighted by other people. You will also get custom thumbnails as well.

In order to start making money from adsense you need to create an adsense account. Then you need to enable Monetization on your YouTube account, and it will link up with your adsense account. But unless your getting serious views each video you won't make much, and I'm pretty sure Google only pays you once you have made at least $100. Which doesn't sound like too much, but it takes awhile to get there.

Just keep posting videos and i suggest not going with adsense. Getting a partnership might be tour best bet

Google sends you a check after you reach the $100 threshold on your Adsense. And it depends, CPMs (or rates they pay per thousand views) varies from country to country. If you're in an English speaking country and have more English speaking viewers, your ads will generally pay-off higher. However, that being said, there is no way to approximate exactly how much you will be earning.

You can only have partnership with one company at a time. Either Adsense or network partnership, and the reason networks flourish over Adsense is because of all the benefits and support they offer to their partners.
