Quality and Quantity do not have to be mutually exclusive on youtube. You can have both. You just need to work hard, smart, and find a good balance between the two. Quality is important. You obviously don't want to put out crap on your channel. But there comes a point where you aren't going to get a return on your time investment and you end up hurting your channel. Can your video be better if you had another week to edit? It probably can. That probably holds true for everyone. Would you get more subscribers by delaying the release by a week instead of uploading an acceptable video and moving onto the next one so you don't miss a week in your upload schedule? Probably not. One of the keys to success on youtube is finding that balance so you can put out quality videos on a consistent basis. If you can't keep up with quality control on your current schedule, you need to revise the schedule into something you can handle.
