Promotion ways?

So how do you people promote your youtube videos. Do share with me. I make some awesome doodle sketch animations on youtube but don't know much about promoting. :)
 
I share on; Here, Reddit, Twitter, Google Plus. Though i dont have many twitter followers or google plus, I still do it because you never know, make sure to tag your videos appropriately and on topic etc etc and you should get something out of that.
 
I share on social networking sites, they help a lot, I mostly use Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram for it and since I've been doing that I have grown a lot and it is a good way to interact with fans :)
Also I will check out your channel :D

Facebook mostly... sometimes I'm able to look at analytics and find where my views come from and track down the site's contact info and find somebody who shares more videos on their site. This has worked a few times and generated thousands of views within a few days.
 
Mostly on TumblR, here and Reddit! Those are some good ways! :)
i really liked the idea of your channel and i think many other people will like that too! Cool : )
 
I've received messages from quite a few people telling me they saw videos I posted on this site and Reddit, so I know those help. I've also had some stuff retweeted by other YouTubers, which can help spread it. It's a slow process, and there's no legit website that will yield quick results,, but using those social media sites can help out over time.
 
Thanks for your tips. I have some experience in the German YouTube world so tips like the English site reddit are really helpful for me to promote my brand new channel and videos.
