Problems building an audience.

Loving YTtalk
Hey, my channel has been uploading daily content for almost 2 months now and were struggling to gain an audience. We have only 15 subs at the moment and with the amount of variety we have on the channel we feel we deserve more, any feedback would be great :)

That's not bad. I have around 17000 views and have only 24 subscribers. But to be honest, I would have not subscribed to my own channel with videos that I had uploaded before. I deleted all of them and now I'm sort of starting all over again.

Take my advise.
Do not post everyday because subscribers might get annoyed esp if you are a small channel and starting off. I recomend if you post 3 videos a week for now.
Why?
Because you need to get people to want to wait for the next episode therefore they will subscribe so that they can get notified and excited about when it is coming out. This would give time for them to comment on your videos and engage in a conversation.
. If you were to post everyday then the viewers won't have the need to wait and might eventually lose track.

Hope this helps

I feel your pain.. We started this show a year ago.. and we maintained 30 subs up until a month ago when we joined this site and a couple others.. Now we are growing faster. I guess the moral is keep posting, and interacting. We try to respond to every comment or message sent.

I wouldn't be too worried, it's hard to gain subs right off the bat...I've had my channel for about 6 months and only have 63 subs, I'm not worried though.

This is the time when you really gotta be on your promoting game

We want to interact with our subscribers as much as possible, hopefully if we build an audiance we'll be able to interact with them :) Thanks for the feedback.

Haha, thanks for the feedback. It's not that i'm worried but i've seen the effort we've put into the channel so far and i think we should be doing a little better in the subscriber count. I've got my promoting cap on at the minute ;)[DOUBLEPOST=1358645057][/DOUBLEPOST]
No problem.. I am going to check out your channel.. and I might even subscribe ;-)
