I see you have 144 subs, but not many comments and likes. Do you ask your subs to leave a comment down below? And maybe leave a like? Or ask them a question, like "what's your favorite Pokemon character?" etc. Maybe you need to try and get them talking.
Maybe one thing you need to try for a while is, maybe uploading like, once a week on a set date....(every Thursday or something) so that people can catch up on your videos. Sometimes that helps. It's hard to keep up with someone who posts once a day or every second day.
Anyways, I hope it works out for you!

Just keep going. I thought I had stopped at 268 subscribers but then suddenly I got a couple of subscribers and now I'm sitting at 282. Keep making videos, enjoy it and eventually people will come. Never give up!

Every time at the end of my Pokemon Gaming video I ask my viewers GUES THE POKEMON.

Then at the next episode I uncover whice it is

I think you're just impatient. Growing a channel and getting all those comments, subs, views and likes ect takes time and maybe lots of luck! Keep posting (quality)vids and hopefully some big a** Youtuber finds your content and featured it for you OMG that's a awesome feeling when that's happen
