Premiere Pro CC Trial Issues

So I have installed this program, premiere pro cc about 5 times now but every time I start it up I get a 'premiere pro has stopped working' issue. I restart my comp and all that and still nothing. It gets very frustrating as I really wanted to try it out.

Does anyone know why this is and how it can be sorted? I'd be very grateful for anyone who can help me out, thanks

Are there updates to be installed? I noted that even with the demos there were sometimes software updates to install.

I updated creative cloud before installing it but there seems to be nothing else to it
