Premiere Pro CC Problems

LoL Guys
Has anyone else been having the problem of Premiere CC saying that it can't find the sequence or codec when you try to load a saved file after closing?

I freaked the first time this happened... anybody else? is there a patch?

Did you move the files to a different folder, or delete them by chance?
