Take it as a compliment. If they think your video is going to be successful enough for them to get some sort of pride out of having been the first commenter, that can only be a good thing right?

Im not rlly a fan of those coments. Comments should have meaningfull content and "first" and so on are just literally sh!t xDD Unfortunately pples still give comments like that but i mostly see them on videos from "famous" pples like pewdiepie. Everytime he uploads a vid every1 tries to bw first and they r that lucky they would be most likely to say that xD

As I recall (and I could be horribly wrong) the whole "first" thing started on the World of Warcraft forums. Every now and then Blizzard employees would make posts and without fail the first responder would ensure everyone could count by saying it.

It could have started elsewhere, but that's the initial place that I'm aware of it occuring.

As annoying as it is, you'll know your channel is popular when people race to get the first comment in.
