Well you do have a logo but not a banner ? So you could make a banner too for your channel that matches with your logo ofcourse :)
Your thumbnails are okay, you will get better in time. Try to make video's around 5 min long, because nobody is going to watch a 10+ video of a small YouTuber :/
If you're getting bigger then you can start making your video's longer :)
 
You don't have any channel art. I would suggest getting that done as soon as possible. Also, I noticed that you state in your about section that you will "try to upload 2 times a day". Make sure to have a concrete schedule and you can deliver. Stating it in this way makes you sound unsure of yourself. Viewers want to know that you will deliver on a consistent basis and that you will follow through.
If your videos are too long you could be hindering your channels growth.Don't be offended when it is suggested that you need to shorten the length of your videos.;) Long videos are difficult sit through.:( You have to work your way up to longer videos as your channel grows.:bounce:I hope this helps!

Your thumbnails are alright, but u need a banner. Otherwise it doing pretty good.
