i cant figure out how to get a good cover ptoto. I cant size it and when i use a converter it is bad BAD quality. Go look its ryan twitch, its that bad. so my quesion is how do i fix it? i have some pics i want to use but idk how please help

Also be sure to save it as PNG, JPEG doesnt really give great quality once uploaded.
