Yes but you don't own that song, nor do you have a licence to cover it. Hence the claim.

It will cost you thousands to buy such a licence. If you have a claim either acknowledge it and accept the advertisements or delete the video. The best thing on YT is to upload things you have the rights to upload OR join a network that holds the necessary licences.
