People Needing Ideas for their videos

Bouncing around ideas and asking your audience what they want are both great things to do and everybody should do it.

What i am ranting about here are the people that want to put the minimum effort in by being told what to do so they can make some money.

I'm all for idea sharing and asking your audience, but that is very different to outright asking to be told what to do

Oh okay, sorry I think I misunderstood you :P

I agree with what you say, If you are only in it for the money, then don't expect your ideas to be given to you.

Oh then sorry, I thought it was referencing anyone who asked for video ideas, my bad! In that case, yea, lazy as hell.
 
As someone already said, people are on YT for different reasons and I guess there's a large number of people who do it for money or fame, and they might still find an audience, but I don't think they will achieve the amount of success/money/fame they were hoping for, if they aren't creative. Maybe if they started years ago, but nowadays as it's so hard to get big, they won't achieve it if they aren't willing to put a lot of work into it. I hope I'm not proven wrong ;)
 
I guess when people are super new and they are blocked it's a little strange because I find as a new youtuber I have a lot of ideas. Its taken me a bit to figure out how I want my channel to go but that's different.
 
I hate these f*****g cretins, if you cant think up stuff, dont make anything till you can, simple

Whats worse is the people always asking for ideas are the sam f**k wits that do s**t like tag videos and videos that are just boring as f**k
 
I wont watch their videos, they can carry on doing s**t content for all i care just don't try ask me to watch it or promote it anywhere im gonna have to see it
 
You kinda can't rush into this without some sort of game plan. I mean.. when we started making out vids, we planned out a small list of games we wanted to review as well as keeping in mind that new ones were coming out. Then we decided to also review movies. And film cons. And so forth. But unless you have like.. 5 videos in mind... you're not ready to start.
