Hello,where can i contact RPM to partner my other channel and firstly make it work again ? I can contact in the dashboard ,but i live in different time zone .Help? Thanks
 
Well first off you need to be hitting 2.5k average views a month...
check this on - Socialblade.com
If you're hitting this then there should be an 'apply for partner' button in your estimated earning box at the bottom of your stats page (on socialblade) Just hit that and fill in the forum and they should get back to you within a week :) (if you're hitting 2.5k average views a month)

So far really good I've made 10x's more then when I had youtube monetozation, good support reply time, all youtube features unlocked and I'm going to apply yo get a socialblade partner spotlight :)
They help you to get out there by featuring partners on there website and youtube.

Thanks! every sub really helps! :) I'm actually changing my upload schedule so it's 3 videos a week instead of 4 (details will be in my next video) so there is now going to be an upload every monday, wednesday and friday :)
I'll check out your channel later :) (I normally go through my latest 10 subscribers at the end of each week to check them out and maybe sub back)
