Hi, when you say partner, do you mean collaborate with another channel to make a video? :) (I think that's what you mean, so I'll move this to the collaboration forum - Feel free to change the thread prefix to whatever you want :)
 
Okay, what I meant by 'partner' was where two channels feature each other on their channel pages, and/or mention the other channel in their one of their videos at one point.
But yes, if there is anyone in Australia that would like to help in the production of a new film I am making, sure.
