Partnered but cannot log in

I got partnered with SocialBlade/RPM a few days ago and I was sent the link to log in to dashboard.maker.com to my account.

But whenever I click "Log in with your Google account" it keeps saying "Your account could not be found in our records", I waited a day or so to let everything settle in to partnership and it hasn't changed.

I've tried logging our of my YouTube account and logging directly into the Maker page but that did nothing either.

What should I do?

Contact them again. Either a) their website is experiencing faults, b) you're entering something incorrectly or c) you're not fully listed as a partner yet, cos they're dragging their heels for some reason.

Either way unfortunately there isn't much this forum can do to help :( :(
 
They said that it could take a few days to login to the Maker Dashboard when you just became partnered.
 
I'm having the same problem,it takes time for them to process your contact info. Don't worry about it,just be patient a bit.
 
Same issue here. But interesting thing is when i check my stats at SocialBlade, it doesn't titles me as a RPM partner. Can you guys check your partner status too from SocialBlade please?

p.s: BTW it doesn't show me as a YT Partner too lol
p.s 2: My channel is enabled for monetization in 21.01.2013, i signed the contract with RPM and accepted in 23.01.2013
p.s 3: i sent a mail, after a day i sent it again which was in 24.01.2013 and no answer from support.

Oh you need to give them a while yet. If you were monetized beforehand it could take a month to get it all sorted out.
