Partner with no live streaming?? Please help!!

Hello everybody I am a long time youtube partner and I have not gotten any email message or even options to enable live streaming to youtube currently I stream to Justin.tv but want to stream to youtube but again no email message invite etc. Did Google overlook me should I resend my partner application eventhough I was already accepted into the partnership program PLEASE HELP!

Your channel in the signature is not partnered according to Socialblade. So you're stuck with Hangouts.

If you have a partnered channel elsewhere, then there will be a link in your account that's kinda an opt in.
