Overlay in Video Ads vs Trueview instream Ads???

Hello, I have a youtube channel and I get around 15,000 to 17,000 views a day with around 1500 to 1800 clicks (each worth around 0.06 to 0.08 cpc)

I have all my videos monetized and everything set with both Overlay & Trueview Ads Enabled & I also made my monetization available on all the platforms.

I was wondering is it better to just enable Trueview or just have them both enabled?do you think I'll make more money If I just enable Trueview???

I'm not partnered with any network or anything at all,I get paid through youtube adsense
(Hosted AdSense for Content) I don't have any website or anything.

Wow, those are beautiful numbers. It looks like you have a high % of monetized views. I've tried doing both and then just video, I didn't notice a difference (I get enough views on my other channel to be able to tell).
 
No, not at all. It would be a bad move to do that. Disabling overlay just decreases your ad fill rate per view. True-view ads will always get priority so when an overlay appears instead, there's no true-view ad to display; so if you disabled overlay then the viewer would see zero advertisement and earn you $0.00 instead. Do you have standard in-stream ads format enabled?

Thank you for your responding to my question,I see what you mean...I looked around my monetization setttings and I can only see these 2 checked.. settings.jpg

I've had my account since Sept, 2010... I have 32,000 Subscribers,2450 Videos Uploaded & over 42 million lifetime video views,I looked around the message board and I noticed someone posted this picture nerw.jpg

How come I can't see the same settings in my Monetization Tab? do you think I'll earn more money if I had the other settings available to me?thank you & let me know.

Thank you for the great info,I filled it out...let's say if I don't get approved,they're not going to disable the rest of my monetized videos right?
