honestly for me, people don't watch all the way to the end of my videos so for me they are pointless, but i feel they add a sense of professionalism.

I see it as a promotion opportunity. You can suggest more videos, put a big SUBSCRIBE at the end without saying it directly and being obnoxious, and it lets me be creative.
