Request Outro?

I was wondering if anyone could whip up a quick outro for me?
I'm still playing around with Photoshop but not really getting anything that I like.

Something similar to these?:

-instagram

and of course a subscribe button

But yea, if anybody can do me this favor it would be grand <3
I'm currently using Sony Vegas 11 Pro so if that helps good?
As for Color Scheme I would like a darkish pink and such ( Idon'tknowgocray)

Also did you make your banner? I would like the .psd to make it less blurry, I mean the quality of the text, not the background blur.
