haha :) and just to add i have nothing against christians when they keep it to themselves, and this is my favourite quote about religion:

Or Muslim, Jewish, Hindi, Buddhist, Or Shinto they all believe I a god, and wombs. Just saying you may not want to be judgmental in a thread saying being judgmental is bad.

in none of the quotes did the word Christian get mentioned so you made an assumption. Which may not be correct.
 
I went to check him out. He's actually Muslim, seems to be from England though (he has posted tons of videos espousing his opinion on everything from Platform Shoes to Baby Ear Piercing.). I guess he really is just very opinionated. I left him a discussion comment asking him to cease and desist. We'll see what he does.

The comments section is intended to be a discussion on the video. If the comments don't have any relation to the video, I delete them.
 
I read your post, watched your video and read the comments it generated. I'm a little perplexed. You made a video on a topic that many people have strong feelings about, uploaded it to a platform where millions of people can watch it and when one of those viewers, from your perspective, emotionally engages with it in a negative way you waffle back and forth about what creeper category he falls into. Then discuss whether or not you should whack his comments. In fact, most of the commenters on this forum are doing the same thing. Is he a troll, opinionated, or a christian? WTF?

It doesn't matter. The problem isn't the three comments he posted but that you haven't worked out a comment policy for your channel that covers 99% of what your going to get. If you have a well thought out policy for you channel, it should only take a moment to deal with offending comments.

As an example, if you used a TV rating system for my channel it would be rated G. Therefore my comment guidelines are simple to follow and implement.

1. No profanity
2. No hate speech (racism, bigotry, go hang yourself stuff...)
3. All comments must be appropriate to the subject matter in the video.

If he left the comment on my video on the same subject I wouldn't hesitate to leave it up since it didn't violate those three rules. But, I could easily add to this list Insulting, condescending, and arrogant. Then I would have immediately deleted the first comments and banned him. His last comment comes close to being off subject when he express God for the basis of his reasoning. If he had moved to proselytizing or moved similar comments to one of your gaming videos that would have taken him of topic and it would have been deleted.

Don't forget differing opinions elicit comments and are seen by youtube as more engagement, Don't waste your time on this stuff. I suggest you set your comment policy then act on it or disable comments.
 
I say block them as well as use the Youtube filters for certain words that make you feel uncomfortable. This will help discourage future comments like those.
 
Doesn't matter. They are writing their opinion/trolling. You could block it..... or you could not. I wouldn't. You made the decision. If you truly believe the why to your decision then nothing they post should affect you.
