Mother of Dragons...Wait...
It's sad to see that so many people put themselves down just because they so much about what others think. I'm going to do whatever I can to change that. Not only do I want to be a part of this community, I want to change it, for the better. We don't live in a world without a dislike button. Where if people didn't like it, they could just move on and not click like. Everyone has an opinion and the majority tend to state it, be it in a positive or negative manner.

It's also sad when the people that put others down, and make them feel inferior, are just doing the same thing you enjoy. Making videos, and trying to entertain people the best way you know how. All of you are unique in your own way, have great talents, and ones that are worth showing to the world. Even though life and it's obstacles can be somewhat overwhelming, it's not enough to defeat you. That only happens if you allow it, so don't.

I propose to you, that if you see a struggling YouTuber, to help them. Offer them advice, be a mentor to them, support them as much as you'd want someone to do for you. After all, we are in this together, and we should have each others backs. Ignore the hate, embrace it, do whatever you need to get through. Just know that here, on this forum, I'll be here for any of you to talk to and provide whatever help I can.

If most people weren't so "soft" then this wouldn't matter. I've gotten over 10,000 hate/death comments and don't care (I made misleading stuff, so I invited it pretty much), but it's the damn internet, don't be so weak.

Well, it's that kind of mentality that is holding people back. Sure, you can just tell them "Get over it, it's not a big deal" Though you don't know what that individual has personally been through to feel that sort of thing. Yes, we all "deal" with rejectment as some point. It's when a person isn't able to handle it that there should be a person there to explain them how they can go about handling it. Not just telling them that they should. Just because you're a stronger willed person doesn't mean everyone is. Though, yes, it would be nice if everyone could just see that.

Also, this isn't just about YouTube hate. This could be bullying at school, or something that doesn't even pertain to online social media. Maybe a person has spent their whole life believing that they aren't good enough at anything. They give YouTube a shot, and once they receive that first hate comment they feel so discouraged.

Nice thing to see! I try to encourage people as well when I see someone is feeling down about a dislike or their channel is not growing as fast as they like! Good on you sir for putting yourself out there as a place people can come to get help! I think that is what this community of YTtalk is all about! It is a wonderful community of Youtubers who are here to help with everything from how to edit to how to network! It is terrific to be here and I for one am glad to be a very small part of it!:smug:
