OneChannel Layout?

I've Got It
So we all thought it was coming on the 22nd, and now its the 24th?
When are we getting this layout? I've heard some of you say that big channels are being rolled out with the layout, but when will small channels with less subs and views be receiving this layout? (like my channel)

Probably id give it by march for everything to settle in, due to too many registered youtubers on youtube

It did start rolling out to users on the 22nd (before that it was invite only) but it`s starting with the biggest channels and working down :
1) because big channels have infulence on their audience so if they use it so will others
2) so bigger channels can get their backgrounds designed by designers etc before the crowds start asking for banners made.

Thanks! So probably like TheAsasaint said, it'll probably take till early march for small channels to receive this layout? :D
 
i dont understand it anymore either, ive seen the big guys like pewdiepie and raywilliamjonson still having the old layout, but blacknerdcomedy has the new one... O_o
