The fading in and out is so simple 
Movie maker also have that option
Drop a clip, go to visuals, there are four options FADE IN WHITE, FADE OUT WHITE, FADE IN BLACK, FADE OUT BLACK

Thats super easy, If I had to do that, I will animate that part in POWER POINT, put the background as GREEN, then render a video. Then I use MAGIX MOVIE EDIT PRO, overlay that video on my Main Video, use chroma key GREEN to remove green and display only the animated partYeah Jawad

I think there are better ways than using Powerpoint haha but hey it works
Otherwise I think you would have to search tutorials that do it with an actual editing program such as Premiere Pro or After Effects. I'm not sure if that guy on YouTube used a preset. Could be that he created the effects and the name banner on his own which can get pretty tricky.
I wouldn't really know what to search right now. It also depends on what program you will use. I don't think it'll work with Windows Movie Maker or at least not in a professional way as the guy in the video did.
