On screen recording.

I've been wanted to do some on screen recording so that I may probably do some tutorials or in footage of editing work.
Tried fraps but it only seems to record in-games.

What programs do you guys use?

I'm not too sure about Fraps. What I personally use is Camtasia Studio and it works fine. Give it a shot and let me know if it solves your problem.

OBS is probably the best program to use, it records everything and the quality is outstanding and way better than anything else I came across on Windows.

Bandicam is by far the best programme to use, file sizes are low and quality is amazing. Perfect in my opinion.

Video Editing Software : Windows Movie Maker (Might be changing for a better software in future)
Screen Capture: Bandicam
Mic for recording: Samson Go Mic
Audio Editing Software: Audacity
