I tried to upload a royalty free song to youtune on my new music channel (I got the creators permission bybthe wat) and it says upload fail. But the weird thing is that I can upload the video on my secod channel :/ WTF

Upload fail is usually a connection problem or if you're doing it through a different software program. It's not usually due to copyright issues. Give your computer a restart and try it again.
