Sorry for that silly question but i wonder if i still can send personal masseges on youtube?
I'm asking because I want to get in conntact with some creaters but the only options I know excist are the comment section under a video and on the channel. maybe on facebook.

You can. Go to [channel URL] > "About" tab > scroll to the bottom and click the "send message" button. YouTube should notify you when they reply.

Or if the channel has a G+ profile linked, you could send there an hangout I find this way more suitable if available, personally

No wonder you didn't find it..."private" messages are a relic of the "golden ages of YouTube" and YT/Google wanted to get rid of the inbox for a loooong time!
