Alloy is a merger of well Alloy the MCN and two TV/Film companies as of 2013, on their main MCN they look for high production quality content with a rapidly expanding fan base and content that can integrate brands.
Their second MCN is pretty much accepting any channels at any views, locking them in with a 100$ payout threshold and taking 30% of their revenue in return for pretty much nothing. (This MCN is that of SGA and NTT)
