Im having trouble with open broadcaster software. I just updated it and suddenly there is tons of lag in the video. I even tried the estimator on the site but it still lags. Anyone know what i could do?

Define lag. Dropped frames?
Have you checked your settings? They could have changed from the update. Make sure your bitrate and stuff like that is good and that your connection can handle it.

Yeah dropped frames I had the same settings as before ill try changing my bitrate
