exactly, at the end of the day, you have touched the lives of people and found a hobby you enjoy. It's like if you were really good at chess and you start playing to kill time and have fun, then suddenly people start to watch you cause you're so good at it and you get used to that, then you hit a spell and they don't wanna watch you play anymore. Don't forget why you play chess in the first place, it kills time and makes ya happy.

It just kinda sucks when you go from gaining everyday to a flat line haha.[DOUBLEPOST=1368852695,1368852625][/DOUBLEPOST]I'm gaining on average 6 subscribers a day, but they're mostly from the PewDiePie video, and never watch me again. Other than that, I'm just stagnating as well. At least for you it's different, because it's a daily vlog which some people follow and others may not. It's still unfortunate, but different. With my rants, I try and argue a point, and look for feedback and criticism. If I cannot get that, I end up feeling like YouTube is a failure for me as well, which is unfortunate. Overall, I think the only ways to get bigger on YouTube is to either get a viral video, or receive a shoutout from a larger YouTuber, either of which is extremely difficult to achieve. So in short, I'm right there with you.
Also note that subscriber count is worthless. As someone with over 2,000 subscribers who struggles to break 100 views with a new upload every few days, it's embarrassing.

I, too, have been slowing down a lot lately. It's a rough market and for people like us who are generally ordinary--so to speak--unless you have that special video, it's hard to get people to come to you and subscribe.
