NON BORING WAYS TO GET SUBSCRIBERS

I want more subscribers , but I don't to do it in a boring way.

It seems like my channel is doing okay for two months but its starting to get boring trying to get viewers lol

fun ways?
 
Well it's not really about going out and trying to "get" subscribers. Apart from just having valuable content like funny videos, an interesting personality, entertaining stories or informative videos, I can't think of ways to just "get" more subscribers apart from getting more exposure to perhaps grow a larger audience.
 
I don't think I agree. Marketing yourself is part of the process. You can't just make good content these days and just sit there with your hands in your lap waiting for the views to come in.

What I mean by "getting more exposure" entails everything from networking to collaboration to marketing and so on and so forth. Interacting with your audience is pretty fun and a good way to turn viewers into subscribers. I personally enjoy responding to comments and helping people if they see something in my videos that they want to do or accomplish. Just this past week I started a Tumblr where I share screen-archery from video games that I play and it's been growing pretty well because of how I interact with other people on Tumblr with similar interests.
 
i know what networking and collaboration is...:) I interact with my audience a lot, but a lot of them post sexual comments on my feedback so is kind of annoying. I also talk to people who have similar interests...ect...I think its just like sitting in front of a computer talking to people can get old fast if there isn't any deep conversation going on. Like for instance if i comment on a fellow youtuber who is doing the same thing as me, they usually respond with "hey add me on instagram or you are hot". Like nothing really that meaningful. I guess i get easily bored...hence my post.

It sounds like you've really attracted the wrong kind of crowd. There are a couple of Vlogging females I am subscribed to from here and I often comment on their videos and I never see the type of comments that you are describing. You must of really hit a goldmine of creeps somewhere. In order to avoid that kind of attention I'd recommend just ignoring those types of people and comments. Don't block or agitate them either because it can just end up making things worse for you.

LOL I always get this kind of creepiness....always...everywhere...can't walk down the street without it. I'll cover myself in a big coat and have resting b***h face while I walk down the street and still get "hey baby look my way" . I am pretty sure this happens to a lot of girls though....
 
Yeah, my wife got the same comments on a lot of her videos. She ignores most of them, but occasionally she will come back with a really quippy response about our farm animals or something that throws them totally off guard. When that happens either the creep will just go away, or one guy actually came back with a public apology and now he is one of her better commenters. Hope this helps.

Its like sometimes guys forget that there are people behind the video/internet...and they get freaked out when the realize they just offended an actual person!
