Noise remover for Adobe Premiere Pro?

I need help removing noise from the background on my video. Anyone knows how to? I am using adobe premiere pro

Go to audio effects and use denoiser, search for denoiser videos and you'll find some simple explanation on how to get rid of the noise with this effect.

Or use adobe audition if you have full creative cloud access. You get after effects, photoshop and much more so it's a good deal.

The short answer is that Premiere can't do this itself. The longer answer is that you need a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). If you have Premiere Pro, you also have Adobe Audition most likely which is the Adobe DAW. If not, then Audacity is the right move. I've got an Audacity audio editing tutorial linked in my sig below which has helped a lot of people with the mechanics of this. I also have Audition tutorials on the channel as well.
