No YouTube Red Terms Email?

So I've just gotten a little worried recently as I've heard all these things about an email to accept the new YouTube Red Terms. I understand this may only be a US email at the moment and since I'm in the UK it would make sense to not send one to me just yet. It's not like I would say no to the terms but a lack of any contact just is a bit unsettling!

Are you linked to an MCN?

If so you would not have gotten the email, the MCN will say yes to Google and that will be a blanket yes for the entire network. :)

I am not with a network and did not receive an email. I live in Belgium though.

I am not linked with an MCN BUT I am a YouTube Partner...I'm guessing that by proxy of being a Partner you automatically accept changes to terms?

Isn't everybody a YouTube partner these days? You need to be in order to show ads on your videos.

It's not even like this is just my TKL channel though, I have a personal channel which is also partnered and I definitely didn't get an email through there either!

There's a stickied thread about YouTube Red at the top of the forum - no need to create yet another one.

90% of YouTubers do NOT have to explicitly agree or it was already done in April - June 2015 and you've forgotten.

1) Click here https://www.youtube.com/account_monetization
2) Click on the last line "Review your agreement with YouTube" - If there is a section 1.2 talking about revenue from subscriptions, then you're good to go.

Thank you this is exactly what I was looking for!! I was so worry because I can't find the supposed email that was sent!

That's what I kept telling people earlier. LOL
