Well in a Q&A video, if you don't talk and your subscribers don't really know you that well, why would they want to learn more about you if they sub for the games. If your a lets player, more often than not, they subscribe for the person commentating, but if your a gameplayer (Like yourself) They will probably subscribe for the one game you are playing at the moment, and then once the game is done, they never come back, leaving you with a dead sub.

And what I want them to say is just to let them share their opinion about the game or the memory the have with the game in the comments. They don't have to post comments all the time and not Nice gameplay or something, but just something, to all the normal comments I will give a responds.

Well if you enjoy it that much than freaking stick to it bro. :) If you are having the time of your life then the subs will come naturally, just give it some time. :) I used to hate doing my lets plays, so, I just quit, I wasn't having fun, I was stuck at 52-54 subs like forever, so. I took a week off, changed my schedule to weekly, changed my format of what my videos were, and now I enjoy it and since then (About a week ago) I went from 53 to 76 and it just keeps going up. Because I am happy with what I am doing so I have more fun making the videos and put more effort into it. If you like your videos a lot, just wait for the subs to roll in, and don't worry about your current number.[DOUBLEPOST=1368390183,1368390113][/DOUBLEPOST]

And you could tell them that, if you were commentating, but your not, and if its in text, still not personable. Maybe even you coming up at the end of your video to say what you just said might be the right step.
 
I hardly ever get responds either, wich is a bit annoying. I try to ask them questions or interact with them, but its not really working so far.

Hopefully it'll help when I receive my cam and mic this week and they actually see me asking it...

Saying people's videos are less interesting than yours a bit pretentious imo.
 
dont compare yourself with other people. i learnd thant.. when i started, i knew my videos were better than other videos that had a lot of views, comments, likes etc, and my video barely gets around 20 views, i was like, but my vodeo is better.. but i understand that it all depends on the people watching your videos, how many views, subs, comments, likes etc, all those things helps your channel grow.. before i didnt got any like or comment, not even subs. now i get more likes than comments, and im getting pretty good amount of subs, and views.. and im on YT for 8 months now.. ao juat dont compare to anyone else and try to so your best.. what i learn also is that a single video can make a huge difference.. so keep doing what you do or try to do better and you never know if your next video will change everything..

What I mean mate is that he out no effort into it that's what I mean and im not awsome im not good im just normal and okey if it's offending then yes he is better than me ;)
