New revamped channel art feedback and question

Well everyone I have revamped my channel art with the help of my fabulous girlfriend who I might add has a degree in design . Do you think it gets my point across easily? All my thumbnail now come with identity buttons to give a quick idea of what type of content the video is i.e. a green V for vlogs.
Also I would appreciate any ideas on a new avatar that I will be able to use across all social media as well as youtube

Very nice channel art! Not sure if this is on purpose, but there's no space between "everyweek"
I honestly think the icon you have is pretty cool, but perhaps a white-framed icon with your face in the middle? That way it looks like the icon is apart of the background.

yeh cool idea, I have not sorted my avatar yet its not going to be this current avatar I have. I will work on some ideas As for "everyweek" it is intentional but I will see in time whether it causes some controversy
