New "Request to Unlink" Question.

I am in Machinima a 3 year contract, if I request to unlink and within the 30 days if they do not answer my request, and I get automatically unlinked is it in violation of my contract term?

But I am just asking in case, if they do ignore/miss it for 30 days, will I be held liable or no?
 
ahh well the part saying "or does not respond within 30 days, you will be automatically unlinked from the network." had me thinking that if they did not respond and approve the contract termination, I could be held liable.

Thanks for answering my other question, but I have another one. If I request to unlink my channel I will still be making money right? For example If I request to unlink on the 8th if I upload a video on the 9th, Ill still earn money right? Thanks for being helpful, i've been emailing my network guy and I don't think he's going to let me go...

Yes you will, nothing changes.

Don't get your hopes up. That new feature mostly mass-denies channels, and people are stuck in their contracts. Or, depending on your luck, you might get unlinked... If the network decides it or they don't respond for 3o days. But you're better off asking them by email, or just serving the rest of your term.

Doesn't hurt to try.

Why sign a 3 year contract (I regretted signing any 3 year contract :P)? Also whats Machinima's rev-share and CPM, if you don't mind me asking? I been looking and cannot find the details anywhere.
