New Option on Community Tab

Is it new? The FAN? And the Insight Ttab in the Community.

I remember seeing only Comments, Comments settings, and Inbox

As far as I know those options become available for you once you hit 1,000 subscribers, was that the case?

It's also super buggy. The insights have never worked for me and today I can't even load the Fan page - it keeps putting me into a recursive loop trying to log in over and over.
