New Cell Phone, No Channel Access

I recently lost my cell phone and replaced it with a new one. Now I no longer am showing as the owner of that channel. In fact Google has a different, older channel as being mine. I need to regain ownership of my channel. I do have a laptop as well as an Android cellphone.
