Hi, i am with Zoomin.tv, i have been with them for 8 months now but i am no longer happy being partnered to them. I applied for Union for Gamers and have been offered a contract. My question is what do i do next? Should i sign with UFG and try to be released from Zoomin.tv, What happens if i sign a contract with UFG and Zoomin.tv wont release me? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Zoomin will only release you when you've been with them for 12 months, so not long. Make sure to read up on just how long the notice period is from the end of the 12th month to be released

Like @Gabriel said, Zoomin's default contract is 1 year so you have another 4 months before you can be let out of their network. Usually you have to give 30 days notice so if I were you read your contract and take a look otherwise it may just renew itself.

As everyone else said before, you need to wait out your contract terms before you sign (if you do sign and go through the process, you will be stopped and asked to leave your current network before they can continue). Your contract with Curse will most defiantly be expired by the time that your Zoomin contract is up, so in the event that happens and you can't reapply, just email the support and they will give you a special link to apply.
