Its not about the subscriber size, its about how many views per day/ per month your channel receives.

There are quite a lot of networks that will partner your channel. For most of today's networks it's not about quality and viewership, it's about getting your money. If you are copyright free and follow YouTube's TOS chances are you can get picked up.
